A young woman goes in search of her psychiatrist, who - according to the opening scene - may have been murdered. She learns that he may be on an island nearby and travels there, meeting ex-gangster Celi and mansion owner Valli, who houses a bizarre troupe of artists. Sounds interesting, but this giallo is draggy, nonsensical and sloppily made (not counting some stylish camera perspectives). Worth only for some period flavor.
